We have twelve phonograms under the label "El caballito Huasteco", and with just over 100 field recordings.
We write in some magazines about the history, culture and traditions of Mexico.
We organize music-cultural events around traditional Mexican music.
This work is supported by an important number of Anthropologists, Ethno-historians, Ethno-musicologists, Craftsmen, Musicians and Traditional Dancers, Communicators, Pedagogues and Psychologists.
We have acquired our knowledge through academic preparation and field research, based on the latter.Our objetivea) Promote and disseminate traditional Mexican music and that of other peoples of the worldb) Bring each of the attendees, readers and listeners closer to participating and enjoying the various activities we carry out in a fun and enjoyable way.Specific goalPromote appreciation and recognition in favor of the cultural, historical and artistic manifestations that our country treasures through dance, music and reading, emphasizing our work in the Huasteca Region and the Sierra Gorda, through study and dissemination of its history, its customs and traditions, considering these as the artistic and cultural expression that gives identity to a people.Radio México is bornIn September 2008, when we were removed from the air of the program "Que suene el son", which was broadcast for 84 programs through Radio Ciudadana (IMER).
